We give flat-rate quotes wherever possible — based on the size of the load, distance, access (stairs, lifts, parking) and any extras like packing or a closed truck. Our service-page "From R…" prices are honest minimums, not bait. After we see a few photos, you'll get a single all-in number with nothing extra on the day.
Damage is rare — our team is background-checked, trained, and we wrap, blanket and tie down everything that goes on the truck. On the off chance something does get damaged, we work with you directly: repair, replace or refund. No drawn-out claims process. For high-value items (art, instruments, antiques) let us know upfront so we can recommend the closed-truck service and any extra packing care.

Often — especially for smaller loads. Same-day depends on truck and team availability, so message us as early in the day as possible. We'll tell you within minutes whether we can fit you in.
If you've booked packing, just relax. If you're packing yourself: label boxes by room, keep a "first night" box (kettle, mugs, chargers, bedding), defrost the fridge the night before, and clear a parking space at both ends. We'll send you a simple move-day checklist when you book.
Yes — a small deposit (usually 25%) confirms your booking and reserves the team. The balance is due on the day, after the move is complete and you're happy. Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your slot.
Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance — full refund. Inside 48 hours we keep the deposit (we've already turned other jobs away to hold your slot). If we have to reschedule on you for any reason, you get a full refund and a discount on the rescheduled move.
