Built from the frustration of moving in Cape Town.

We've been the customer who waited four hours for a bakkie that never came. We started Move Pro CT so nobody we move ever has to.

Our story

A Cape Town move gone wrong was the spark.

In 2021, our founder moved from a third-floor walk-up in Sea Point to a small house in Parklands. The "movers" arrived four hours late in an open bakkie. It rained. The couch never recovered.

That move cost a couch, a deposit, and an entire Saturday. It also planted an idea: Cape Town deserved a moving company that showed up on time, in a closed truck, in clean uniforms, with the boxes already in the van.

Move Pro CT is what came of that idea. Today we're a small team of full-time movers, packers, cleaners and handymen — all local, all background-checked, all proud of the work we do.
